I don't hate the idea of trading Norris - he's missed so much time in the last few years and is overpaid for what he is.
If you have an opportunity to get out from under that contract without needing to retain salary and get a younger player that can play the same position back, I would take it.

If a Norris for Cozens swap goes through, it will be a big bet for Staios.
Cozens is playmaker who is younger, cheaper, healthier but Norris is a well-liked player in the room and is a better scorer and defender.
