Questionable PI call (as well as a delay of game not called and probably a missed PAT that was called good) helps Texans to 20-13 lead.

If anyone actually cared (they don't), that would be the easiest thing to clean up. If you can't tell that a ball landing 10 yards out of bounds isn't catchable, you're done, you have no business ever officiating again.
