Congrats to the team! Very nice study. I find it especially interesting that blocking NFAT can compensate for the effects of anti-PD1/LAG3.

Thank you! Yes, we have only largely looked at a few markers in the functional assays. I think as our model is very TCR signal driven (tolerogenic) it suggests it may more preferentially signal down that pathway. In terms of under co-stimulation or CD8 biology, we have not yet looked!

We are now seeking to understand relevance of these pathways are relevant in the immune related adverse events (irAEs) space and tumour environment!
