For clarification: preop cardiology consultation is not asking for clearance and is not requesting an H&P.

We are asking for recent cardiac testing (Cath, ECHO, EKG), cardiac biomarkers, assessment of their ischemic risk, and evaluation of their valves and ventricular function. #ansky #cardiosky
