Today was hard because it did not go as expected but for me I still checked off a bunch of other boxes to get my win for myself, for the people I was helping, and for the larger work that's happening because one thing does affect another. Practice makes perfect...it all starts with the first step...

I lost one in the events of Saturday night but also I have one on the way.
This is my sign of switching, for a little while, on what my base line is and norm to handle my social anxiety and to help me relax and have fun while socializing. I can't use anything THC but CBD is more than enough.

It feels like I'm rebuilding from scratch but at this time we cannot trust Meta and their services which is why I'm calling for a blackout of Facebook and Instagram until we can right the wrong that exist with their algorithms and business politics, protect the First Amendment!
