I have an interview at a new place on Tuesday. They are offering benefits, PTO, paid holidays, 40 hours a week. Pay may be better but it is to be discussed. I’m hesitant only because I feel like I will do more good where I am. And other than pay, I’m happy here. Is being paid more worth my peace?

How can an employer tell you they value you and can’t lose you but offer you less than $1 raise and offer a possible 1 PTO day a quarter when you tell them your spouse is losing their job in less than a month. Looks like I’m looking for job #3
