Under a new policy I helped craft for San Juan’s transit agency, transit riders can bring bikes on board of buses that lack bike racks. The condition is cyclists commit to keeping paths clear.
Buses without bike racks is a problem unique to Puerto Rico we hope will be addressed in the near future.
