Good realtors do exist and they are a treasure when you find one
My realtor, who is one of the best people I know, is sending this mailer out in the Ypsilanti / Ann Arbor area, so please keep your eyes out for this if you're out there. But she pretty much covers SE Michigan and I highly recommend you hit Jo Cook up if you're even curious about homeownership.

I've been trying out various "AI" VSCode plugins for coding, and so far the experience has been like letting my 10-year-old write code - 80% of the time it's garbage, 18% of the time it looks usable but has errors to fix, and the other 2% it copies verbatim something I've done before and it works.
