@beeohoney.bsky.social and I wrote a little scene where Modesto got to see Ionna in her casual clothes instead of her official holy garb for the first time. Seems like it's stuck in his head now.

Help I'm so invested in these two right now.

Worked on this in between writing sessions as my little break time treat. My friend gave me a pose that I really liked and I went a little feral with it.

Modesto is so doomed.

Freak update: his name is Modesto and he's possessed by the dark entity that gave him magic HRT in exchange for his servitude, who goes by Octavius. He has the power to go full demonic for about 30 minutes at a time and uses it to spread his gospel about the 'generous dark.' More in alt text.
An illustrated reference sheet of a character created by Linn. He is a humanoid trans man with four eyes (one of which is scarred shut), a long thin tail, and small horns. His skin is a mix of black and pale, with his limbs being black while his torso is his 'normal' skin tone. His hair is black and fluffy. One side of the sheet has his demonic form, which possesses bigger horns and red fading into the black on his limbs. His eyes also turn black. A dark entity made of shadow is behind him. Extra information: - Modesto is AFAB and didn't realize he was a trans man until he was 29 years old (he's 34 now.) - One year prior to his transition he gave birth to his daughter, Trinity. He loves her more than anything in the world and is very protective of her. - Is divorced. His husband was accepting of his transition, but couldn't handle his obsession/devotion to the darkness that came with it and left. - He is mixed race, one of those races being demon-like, hence the demonic features. His four eyes are a trademark of his mother's race. - He considers himself a priest of the darkness and preaches that the dark will give what the light will never grant. - He has an ongoing rivalry with a woman who sees herself as the chosen of the god of light. They claim to utterly despise each other, but will often seek each other out and get agitated if the other is absent for too long. They're toxic.
