The Paradox of Tolerance disappears if you look at tolerance, NOT as a moral standard, but as a social contract. If someone does not abide by the terms of the contract, they are not covered by it. In other words, the intolerant aren't deserving of your tolerance.

A while ago on Twitter, I made a tweet saying that it’s genuinely strange how people are so “anti-blocking” and will actively stalk, mock and harass you for doing it. And of course people got angry about it.
Not everyone uses social media to be miserable.

The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.
