Tried calling the Canadian tax office yesterday because they keep sending me messages but can’t log on to view them. No way to email / chat online / reset password. Spent 30 minutes on hold before the call cut out. Ended up getting charge £100 for the privilege of listening to the hold music.

I know people heading to the US soon (those that having cancelled their trips) who have asked people not to message them ANYTHING about the US - negative or positive - as they’re fearful they’ll be detained.
This is not normal. And the reason why I don’t want to head there anytime soon.
