This is one of the reasons I love monorails: you get to look out and see everything!
In a Subway, you get no stimulation and have no sense of place and how places connect. The monorail lets you see and celebrate your city!

If you didn't look closely, you would've missed this abusive handling.
Isla & other Elephants are abused at Shrine Circuses, where trainers jab them with bullhooks to inflict pain to force them to obey. 😡

Why can’t we have this ?
The shopping streets of Apeldoorn on a late summers evening. The signs on entrance to this street say "🚲toegestaan buiten winkeluren", translates to "cycling allowed outside shopping hours". Pedestrianized during the day, a walking and cycling only street in the morning and evening.
