I'm disappointed that the TAKE IT DOWN Act advanced out of committee without changes necessary to ensure that the bill protects user privacy and can withstand judicial scrutiny, but I'm grateful for Reps. Pallone and @debbiedingell.house.gov's work to both help survivors and try to fix these issues.
