My @beaniessheff.bsky.social delivery driver will laugh... when I say that I went to the shops & bought a cabbage... as I used to complain that we get too many leafy greens...but we've developed a taste for sauerkraut... and haven't got much left...

We tasted the sauerkraut today... and it was yummy... so I decided it was ready... I can't believe that there was enough to fill 3 jars... now I'm thinking of setting another batch going... with the green cabbage @beaniessheff.bsky.social brought us this week... 🍽
