There is no such thing as an overreaction with what has now happened. This is the line in the sand.

Every red hat who supports killing Americans is a traitor.

I am shaking and crying. This is not the Minnesota you and I grew up in and love. And this is not the country that we grew up in and love. We are in a dark, dark time.
Melissa loved her caucus and fought hard for them and Minnesotans. The world lost a great human being today and a great leader. (2/2)

What if he threw a $45 million parade and nobody came?

Boring. Low energy. Sad!

i'm surprised by how low energy and farcical that whole military parade situation was. I was expecting Moscow 1945 and we got Spirit Halloween instead.

I’ve activated the State Emergency Operations Center.

Local law enforcement in Champlin and Brooklyn Park have the full resources of the State of Minnesota behind them.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will share more information soon.

They wanted max cruelty. Shock and awe for the cameras. But all they did was traumatize a bunch of poor kids who’ll never forget it.

An L.A. mom, US citizen, watched as unmarked vehicles rolled up. Masked, heavily armed ICE agents, guns drawn. And Cosplay Kristi Noem right there playing warlord!

I'm on my way to the Senate floor to talk about the assault on my colleague, Senator Alex Padilla.

This is a horrifying moment in our nation’s history.

A group of us have arrived on the Senate floor to challenge our colleagues - on both sides of the aside - to rise to this moment and jointly condemn what has happened to Sen. Padilla. Yes we still need to collect the full facts, but this appears to be a defining moment for the country.

Kristi Noem must resign. She has deported a four year old with cancer, detained a U.S. marshal, and arrested two members of Congress. She’s lost the confidence of the American people. ICE must stop terrorizing our communities.

David Huerta was peacefully exercising his First Amendment rights when he was assaulted and injured by ICE agents. He is currently in the hospital under detention.

This is unacceptable.

Praying for David’s health and demanding accountability.
Let’s be clear: ICE injured and detained the president of SEIU California for peacefully observing.

ICE picked the wrong side. The wrong state. The wrong person. and the wrong union. David Huerta stood up. And now 750,000 SEIU workers are standing up behind him.

We are proud of President Huerta’s righteous participation as a community observer, in keeping with his long history of advocating for immigrant workers and with the highest values of our movement…
