Since January 1 I have seen a total of 249 NEW films. If you count films I have rewatched in that same time frame and add them the total comes to 344.

It’s bad for all the reasons the Disney “live action” movies are bad, a hollow copy of something much better, adds nothing but corpgreed, it reinforces to audiences that they can only enjoy things they already are comfortable with. it’s also bad in that the effects, costumes, and script are cheap.
