Last night I saw what is easily going to be one of my favourite movies of the year, a film that I left completely shook. Below are my thoughts. I don't get into spoilers until the end with warnings so stop reading there if you haven't seen it yet.

Twice a year I switch out my running shoes. Today is that day I’m trying a new brand I haven’t tried before. I was to start last week but a spring snow delayed my choice. Now that it’s been warm for a few days I can go ahead. The paths were so packed it was hard to actually run at any good pace.
