I had my first experience doing PT this summer after I sprained the absolute hell out of my ankle and found it surprisingly enjoyable. The upbeat nature of the therapists plus there is a mental security of doing the things they tell you to do at a time when you’re uncertain about your movements
It's sappy, but the longer I go, the more I'm finding the experience of going to physical therapy moving. People of all ages, ethnicities, backgrounds, etc., all broken/sprained in various ways, all struggling to recover stuff we'd taken for granted, all failing, getting up, trying again. Humanity!
