Luigi fans, it looks like the DNA evidence is 'fruit from a poison tree'. Cops took DNA without consent from a slice of pizza they gave him. It also seems they likely didn't have probable cause for arrest initially.

The majority of my son’s medical team are in Austin (1.5 hr drive), some in Houston (3 hrs), one in Dallas (5 hrs).
Telehealth appts are needed & necessary!
My son has extreme car anxiety, not to mention wear and tear on our car, gas! 🤬
And we’re not alone!
