Ukraine: Scanning update reports there were 8 areas noting clashes yesterday with 2 noting Russian attacks being repulsed. Contrary to some reports on here the Russians aren't being pushed back as the fronts remain about the same.

In 2014 it was discovered that China was building a military base inside the Philippines EEZ and less than 145 miles from Palawan. China told Obama it was there to help fishing boats and ships in distress. He believed them. It has a landing strip able to handle the largest planes in the world.

Ukraine Update: Currently the Ukraine has 7 definite points on it's defensive lines that could lead to surrounded units rapidly if any Russian break thru occurred and 3 more areas developing in to the same situations. Siversk remains a key point that will fall anytime.
