At a crossroads because these past week+ has been one of my toughest. I think that while in burnout, having my bsky feed constantly blasted with terrible news is deeply dysregulating my emotions n mind. Coming on here for queer support, friends, and art but then suddenly triggered with terror.

Although ive not met another self-realized PDAer, I highly suspect the furry community and other fantasy loving queers has a good amount of us. Current studies are at 1 in 25 autists are PDA, but that ignores un- or misdiagnosed ppl. I gotta compile a furry guide for this hmm
