@btrowland.bsky.social Ever notice how there are some players that you can barely breathe on and the whistle is almost automatic, but Trae can get absolutely manhandled and the whistle gets swallowed.

@btrowland.bsky.social Just a little added context to the game. Luka scored 12 points in the first quarter. He scored TEN the rest of the game. Now, to be fair, Luka missed a lot of shots, but the Hawks had a plan for him and they executed it. Teams are going to be looking at what they did.

On this date a year ago, the Pacers, Knicks and Nuggets were a combined 3-7, the Magic had a top-five offense, the Mavs had a top-five defense (and Luka), and Mike Budenholzer was off to a pretty good start in Phoenix. So, y'know: let's stay patient and careful out there.

Here’s the thing, two very different things can be true at the same time. You can oppose many of the things that Charlie Kirk stood for vehemently while at the same time acknowledging the tragedy of his death and condemning the violence associated therewith.
