As a Pole, I'll by default side with the underdogs and the colonized/oppressed. With Ukraine and with Palestine. And people who claim it's not about Ukraine/Palestine but USA/Iran are the same kind of either evil propagandists or useful idiots, believing in manicheic kindergarten-level worldview.

I see it as complicated and don't have an answer other than condemning civilian-targeting specific attacks. Their existence and fight were legitimate up to ~mid-90s, Lebanese and Palestinians have a right to defend themselves - but most of their methods after are not. They became as evil as the IOF.

(But I am pretty sure Poles would do the same in an uneven and so desperate fight. Which is kind of fucked up, but our national poems praise suicide death and "Gloria victis")

I don't have an easy answer about the 2nd Intifada,do you expect one? "Both sides were guilty and evil",you want to grade them? Started with IDF being the terrorists and mass murderers. Then came terrible inexcusable civilian-targeting attacks. Ended with disproportional,civilian-murdering response.

But taking hostages - only if they are treated well - is IMO justified in an uneven fight to exchange or demand something. Polish freedom fighters did this as well throughout the history. (And killed civilian Nazi collaborators or shaved heads of women dating Germans during occupation).

This festival was a semi-legal/illegal rave. I go to those monthly - the location is secret, attendees get an email with location the day of it (or not at all,word of mouth).
Hamas did not expect any concert, they wanted to grab hostages. IDF also did not know about it and bombed the hell out of it.

I don’t find “terrorism” per se wrong (note: many “terrorists” and “terror acts” are evil and disgusting). It’s a new word/concept - gaining traction only in 1970s and used as a political weapon to delegitimize the causes of PLO/IRA/ETA - for what would traditionally be rebels/freedom fighters.

Some of my best friends were narcissists, this makes them interesting. One just needs to manage their narcissism when it becomes unbearable, like any personal flaw. And I don't think I am one (neither does my wife who *hates* narcissists,didn't like those friends)but I'm sometimes arrogant and vain.

I selected specifically segments about politics and events, I don't care about gaming or culture. And over a couple weeks I think it's enough.
And oh he gives 100% narcissist vibes, but I don't mind that. Almost every well-known person is - seeking attention is very narcissistic.
