We're hearing rumors that Ds have worked out a deal to allow a cloture vote (ie, give up their leverage to stop the bill) in exchange for a vote on an amendment (which will fail).

That's not acceptable. We need real opposition to Trump's corruption, not procedural gimmicks. Call your Senators now:
TODAY: We need every Senate Democrat to vote no on a crypto bill that would enable Trump to keep accepting bribes from billionaires, corporations, and foreign governments. We can block S.394 if Democrats unite in opposition, but they’re not there yet, so make sure your senators hear from you ASAP. 👇

Other than blessing Trump's crypto grift, undermining payment systems, enabling drug/human/arms trafficking, welcoming Big Tech/WalMart to banking, screwing customers, and senators don't actually have the bill, along with a few other blemishes,

yeah, sure, yes.
How are Dems OK with considering legislation that fundamentally changes the 86 trillion dollar annual US payments system and blesses Trump crypto corruption with under 3 hours and no text yet?

Officer: Yes.
Prosecutor: And why did it take you 20 minutes to make the arrest?
Officer: The floor was still wet.
