Jim posted something that stuck with me, in explaining why physics-based models and human interp won’t go away

Akin to: AI models are a black box, you can’t query the underlying reasons for their forecasts (eg, position of a trough)

Humans can do that with phys models and comm the uncertainty

I think revenue is driving the bus. And being rev neutral (paying for your FTEs) isn’t enough. Need to be profitable. Today that means business and health
