Something I appreciate about the 'Hear My Hope' scene is that it shows people can do good things for selfish reasons. It wasn't purely an "Overlords holding hands and singing Kumbaya" moment. Some participated purely out of self-preservation. Alastor seemingly did it to get his power back. +

You’re right, but also wrong! There were clubs in the 1920 that did do this they were called “Black and Tan Club” they were clubs that welcomed all races despite segregation laws.
