I’m here on @bsky.app in part as a reaction—to disentangle from Meta. While I don’t plan to delete other accounts at this point, I am reminded of one of the major reasons why I “purposefully distanced” myself.

Turns out even just the exposure to Spanish in high school and college classes, in tandem with flailing alone through English grammar as a home schooled middle schooler, actually helped.
