Well, we're almost at the high temps again. Last summer in 30+ degree weather I witnessed a LOT of dogs being walked on pavement. Put your hand down on the surface you're walking. If it's too hot for your hand, it's definitely too hot for your dog's paws. And don't yank your dog along on a bike!
