Witkoff and Kushner met with the envoy, Kirill Dmetriev, in Miami a few weeks ago. Dmetriev is U.S. University educated along with many world leaders and so they think of him as being part of the "old boys network". The Trump regime is either unaware they are being played or are all in with Russia.

Waited to see if anyone would flag the document as written by the Russians.

If nobody had picked up on this, I suspect it would still be U.S. endorsed.
