Corporate America and cities are well within their rights to push for this, but they shouldn’t then go around and talk about how they care about family-friendly cultures for working parents. And they shouldn’t get upset if parents try to find a way to opt out from this kind of life.
(WSJ) - JPMorgan Chase shut down comments on an internal webpage announcing the bank’s return-to-office policy after dozens of them criticized the move and at least one suggested that affected employees should unionize, according to people familiar with the matter.
