I have finally gotten the pathfinding to avoid making things lower in elevation as possible paths!
The debug is a bit messy but what you need to know is that the tiles that just say "a" are ones that are ignored. I am really happy with this :)

I am working on some flow field pathfinding which the enemies will use to chase the player in the main world. I dunno how optimized it is though.
(The lag spike is from updating the arrows and text not the algorithm)

Fun Godot fact, shaders can use world position directly in the shader script. Very cool.

I wasn't too happy with the fog I made yesterday, so I've altered it a little. I think it looks decent but I'm not too sure, what do you all think?

I need to use this website more for just sharing when I post a video 😅. SO! Here is some footage of the hub area that I am making for my game.

At the moment, all it is, is a way to start the game and a fog of war to hide the fact that the world doesn't exist yet.
