The recipe is titled 20-Minute Red Lentil Soup. 20 minutes from when? It took me nearly that long to “finely mince” the veggies. But the soup was SOOO good!

I occasionally mention use of a cell phone, but that’s the extent of tech for me. I write literary fiction in different setting (horror, fantasy, “regular”), so I’m focused on the people and their actions and motivations. But maybe this will prompt me to do something with this. #HottorWritersChat
