The Supreme Court’s former conservative majority threw out a challenge to Walker’s veto because it was filed too late.

When your parent is an election official, you better believe you’re not missing your first election as an 18 year old. Even if it’s in single digit weather and there is one thing on the ballot.

A series of three tweets: 1. @CoastalChill I think it reads that they can use machines, the machines just have to comply with the requirements in the resolution. Assuming this is a legal move… which is doubtful and appears headed directly to court. 2. @badachie There are no tabulation devices that exist that would meet the requirements of the resolution. 3. @CoastalChill I’m guessing that’s true, but is there a credible source or expert who opined on this? Maybe during the resolution drafting process this came up? Curious where they got the standards in the resolution from. 🤷‍♂️
