Such hypocrisy that federal grant funding is called “a direct assault on free speech” when this EO does just that. This is a free ticket to abolish research on race, immigration, and trans issues, AND anything deemed “anti-American” that does not “advance the president’s policy priorities.” #fascism

Another huge ruling! The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just DENIED the government's motion for a stay in the trans military ban case.

The government CANNOT enforce it's ban on transgender people in the military still.

BIG day for pro-transgender rulings.

Parents: This is your annual reminder that before they were born, you said, “Gender doesn’t matter as long as they are healthy and happy.” Be accountable to yourself when they come out to you. #transdayofvisibility

Showing up as a musician surely skews medical tests. For me: Brain MRI = Interval training, tapping out rhythmic accompaniment, composing abstract songs based on the machine sounds. 20-minute TOVA test = Matching the tempo in a chosen meter & singing songs to that for the duration to maintain focus.

I appear to live rent free in the minds of some of my Republican colleagues.

I wish that they would spend even a fraction of the time that they spend thinking about me, thinking about how to lower costs for American families.

I’ve been saying it since the first election in 2016, but to hear it today out of the mouth of The Sequel is chilling: “This could lead to the third world war.” And this regime will be to blame.

This is the second federal judge in a row to conclude that the President's EO is likely unconstitutional.
