there are plenty of legitimate critiques of the Michelin Guide but disparaging them as “a tire company” is irrelevant when they’ve been doing this since 1900 - it would be like disregarding Sietsema’s meals at the Inn over the past decade because “Bezos footed the bill”

A treasure in Vienna’s suburbs with a kind clergy who welcome the occasional architectural tourist. While the neon-wrapped acrylic cross is the star of the show, the pews with their continuous felt-topped heated seats are a nice touch.

Good overview of apartment conversion projects - office gets all the hype but they’re only a quarter of the market, with hotels in the lead (for now). Very low conversion rates of C-class office buildings show why they’re of so little value.
