Extraordinarily corrupt. I watched FCC chair Brendan Carr's full interview on Hannity. Carr basically said straight out that coverage of Trump he deems overly hostile can be decreed contrary to the "public interest," and thus grounds for yanking licenses:

More and more people reporting today that Stripe - the payment processor that Itch said were putting the most pressure on them - now have staff actively confirming that yes, they are censoring LGBT content, adult or otherwise. That this is official company policy.

So I wrote my SotC video essay for the target demographic of "people who watch gaming video essays on YT and are probably familiar with Shadow of the Colossus in some form"
Because personally I get tired of video essays rehashing the plot and major themes of a game that's already very well known

So far my video essay script is doing something I dislike in video essays, where there's no clear chapters/section divides, just one idea flowing into the next.

mini-scoop: during a recent twitch meeting, ceo dan clancy faced pushback for un-banning adin ross, the controversial streamer who's friends with andrew tate and has platformed multiple nazis. clancy claimed it wasn't about business, which I would find more believable if he wasn't the ceo of twitch

I think my overall thoughts about the Switch 2 are that I just feel priced out. Games will be near $100 (CAD), there's no support for all the joycons we had to buy for multiplayer and joycon drift, old SD cards and microSD cards won't be compatible...

Almost all of my hype for the Nintendo Switch 2 comes exclusively from 3rd party games.
It feels like such a reversal to the original Switch launch whose hype was carried by its hardware and Breath of the Wild.
