You don’t need a truthsayer, but if you come across a new supplement claiming to boost metabolism and aid weight loss in 2025, don’t buy into the hype.

My only 2026 diet advice: calories matter and macros can be flexible, but diets with almost no vegetables? That’s where I draw the line. Veggies are already under-consumed worldwide and should be priority #1! 🥦

The saga continues: slow roasted lamb with lemony Greek potatoes and coleslaw. Kind regards

The WORST part of going to the gym in early January is knowing there will be at least one guy in the sauna explaining his new keto diet. He’s been on it for 48 hours and has never felt better.

Unpopular opinion about holiday eating: it takes me a solid two days to get back into a routine. And honestly, a Caesar salad sounds like heaven right now.

Many people don’t think of seasonal lattes as dessert, but they can have around 400 kcal, much of it from sugar. Personally, I’d rather save those calories for an actual dessert.

A dad joke for the Christmas: my boyfriend likes Turkey and Turkish girls.
Those Brussels sprouts tho 😋

Celebrating #30 in style. I think Hannibal would’ve approved of this design.

Did Da Vinci know how many boyfriends would suffer while taking a picture of their girlfriend with the Mona Lisa? Well, mine suffered too. (I’m a woman, after all).

Meatballs made with lean ground beef, high-protein lentil pasta, and a fresh salad. Love putting my profession into practice. 💪🏻

Potatoes… lots of potatoes. Whatever the main course is, a big bowl of salad is a must!

Trump asked Coca-Cola to use sucrose instead of high-fructose corn syrup.
Sure, HFCS comes from genetically modified corn; however, this does not change its basic biochemistry or health effects.
Even with the most "natural" sugar, cola is still unhealthy. That’s why that’s nutritionally hilarious.

Some days are unforgettable during a PhD. For me, the first was passing my comprehensive exams and officially becoming a PhD candidate.

The second is today—the end of data collection! I started collecting data on November 15, 2023, and had my final study visit just minutes ago!

Can I be a savage dietitian for a second?
If you think you can't cook — it just takes basic motor skills (like chopping).
If you think you don’t have time — most meals take around 30-45 minutes. You don’t have to go with fancy recipes.
Now, let’s get in the kitchen.

Sure, listing the 4th Diabetes Research Day on my CV might sound repetitive — but seriously, how often do you get to present a poster at a winery? 🍷
