By saying “eat real food” you’re labeling enteral and parenteral nutrition formulas, which are critical when oral intake is insufficient, as “fake.” That’s why this is poor nutrition advice.

I don’t like weighing myself, maybe because of professional shame: “dietitians should look fit and like models, if possible.” I do enjoy annual DXA scans, though.

My only 2026 diet advice: calories matter and macros can be flexible, but diets with almost no vegetables? That’s where I draw the line. Veggies are already under-consumed worldwide and should be priority #1! 🥦

Many people don’t think of seasonal lattes as dessert, but they can have around 400 kcal, much of it from sugar. Personally, I’d rather save those calories for an actual dessert.
