The Moon gate I started this summer after a large tree split up the road. it felt like fate to gather, transport, and bend the limbs to create this opening for my garden (I had been dreaming about making one for ages). a gorgeous pumpkin cradled by support vines and leaves greens, a palm of blackberries, and the first heirloom tomatoes of the season a towering, golden mammoth waves hello over my fence (it's my favorite part about driving up to the house)

Also, there's absolutely nothing more witchy than growing up across the street from and frequently playing in a cemetery 😂
Inner child was very happy to drive this box truck. The things that used to scare me or that I was told I couldn't do—"you can't drive that, it's too big for you"—stopped holding weight. Also, it never dawned on me that I lived across the street from the cemetery. They were the most peaceful next door neighbors we've ever had An aunt enjoying shade under one of the massive trees at "the old house." I told myself after what we went through that weekend that I would never let it spoil the decades of happy memories I made and still make here.
