and I feel fucking crazy because only a few other people seem to have noticed this?? even sceptics constantly seems to fall back on assuming (usually implicitly) human intent behind that text. and the reason I don't read AI text is because I think it's basically impossible not to do that over time

It is scored, and the scores are at a minimum recorded by ones medical team. One will sometimes tell patients the number, but always them how bad ones dememtia is based on the score.
I'm not aware of a MoCA score at which one is not eligible to be president, but 26/30 is minimum "normal" score
