Today I made a zine to inform people about the EO that would gut the #IMLS. I was asked to share, so hey, why not share widely? You can download and print your own copies at drive.google.com/file/d/1DUsm....

If you need help folding, search for Hotdog Booklet and you should find directions easily.

Shoutout to my therapist for suggesting I deal with end-of-the-day anxiety/brainfog/insomnia by pulling a tarot card when I get home from work and following that theme

Pulled 4 of swords for the second night in a row, I’m liking this system

how did ICE know where to find Mahmoud Khalil, and who will they go after next? I wrote about the vast surveillance network that powers ICE arrests, and the Zionist groups making deportation wishlists for the agency:

The disappeared Columbia student is the start of a surveillance nightmare
Mahmoud Khalil is a legal permanent resident. That didn’t stop ICE.

hello again! I pretty much lost the will to engage with the social internet at the end of last year for various reasons and then I forgot my login for this place 💀

But I have occasionally missed having a space like this, and now that a bunch more people are joining I’ve decided that I’m back

It's called KOSA. Go to senate.gov to find your Senators and tell them this is bad: Sen. Blackburn specifically said it will be used to stifle queer content. It's also just bad for privacy overall. It will give state AGs carte blanche to block basically any website they want (links in next post)

PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS. I am literally begging you. Everyone should have access to vaccines. Today is the last day to tell the FDA not to limit covid vaccine availability to only people over 75 or immunocompromised. bsky.app/profile/jenn...
Deadline for public comment ends tomorrow. Please tell the CDC that we need vaccine access for everyone, not just a small sliver of the population.

The pandemic is not over, and public health requirements don't magically disappear simply because it would be politically more expedient.
Tell the CDC all ages need updated vaccine access
The CDC is accepting public comment on the updated COVID boosters through Friday, September 8

My mom figured out she was queer when I was about 10 and a weird consequence of that is I kinda avoided a lot of classic lesbian things growing up because all I knew was that my mom was into it and that was weird.

Anyway I’m reading Fingersmith for the first time and it’s fucking destroying me
