I’ve had this account for awhile, but finally decided to use it. I’ll do my best to post on here, but can’t guarantee much consistency.

all this H5N1 stuff is making me think of when my 90-year-old grandpa got the bird flu a few years ago and just didn’t tell any of us

- The US has had its first case of clade 1 mpox, which *may* be more lethal than the clade II viruses that currently circulate
