Not my business outside of noting how tremendously fucking stupid this stance is - principles are required to communicate these things effectively because without it all you have is rhetoric without purpose, which just leads to the incoherence dominating American politics. Funny, that.

This is probably a good starting point for explaining to people why the vast majority of Irish people are opponents of the Gaza genocide and of the Israeli government in general.
I was driving from Dublin to Belfast to visit my then girlfriend, we drove for an hour then got to 'the border' where a British army checkpoint stopped us to ask us our business, and an English kid, maybe 18 or 19, leant into the car with his assault weapon pointed casually at me. In my own country.
