My turkey is deboned, seasoned, & separated into dark & light meat for optimal cooking temps. I roasted the bones & veggies to make a stock yesterday for my gravy & to add to the stuffing & greens. This might be the 1st holiday meal that I’m going to be done early with time to spare.

I popped onto Xitter briefly to see what’s going on over there & was immediately bombarded with trolls & racists. Idk if the toxic cesspool has gotten worse in the past few weeks or if it just seems worse compared to the sanity over here. Either way, I’m happy to have found a new home.

I can’t believe that I’m actually going to watch this Tyson/Paul fight. I know it’s probably theater but part of me deep down hopes that Tyson literally knocks Paul’s head off & straight into the audience.
