Believe me it’s much simpler than the roulade, which takes about 5 days to prepare. Turkey, oyster stuffing, mac & cheese, an collard greens. Nice & easy. I’ll actually be able to cook everything on thanksgiving day for a change. ☺️

I’m going to debone the entire turkey & making a demi-glacé with the bones. Haven’t decided if I’m going to sous vide or oven roast it yet. I usually make a turkey roulade but I’m keeping it simple this year.
