Christopher Anderson, the “Vanity Fair” Photographer, says after he took the pictures, Stephen Miller was the most concerned about the pictures and said to Anderson,

“You know you have a lot of power in the discretion you use to be kind to people.”

To which Anderson said, “You know you do, too.”

Today, my colleague David Yaffe-Bellany and I published an investigation into the frenzied world of crypto unleased by Trump.

Risk taking, profiteering & yes, innovation, as crypto bros sense that this is the moment crypto will go mainstream in the U.S.

So every time Trump claims he has a major primetime announcement the networks will give him free live airtime to give a MAGA rally speech?

Trump watches Putin invade Ukraine and Xi posture over Taiwan, and the comparison exposes his insecurity.

So he reaches for Greenland and Venezuela not as strategy but as salve for his ego.

It’s playground politics.

The problem is Trump was already the worst when he was elected.

For years, Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker has fended off rivals who’ve portrayed him as a “trust fund baby” by presenting himself as an advocate for the working class.

Now, he is using that strategy for what could be his most ambitious political endeavor yet.
Do Democrats need their own billionaire? JB Pritzker is betting on it.
The Illinois governor has tapped his wealth to climb the political ladder, moving toward a White House run while presenting himself as a champion for everyday people.

The idea that it’s misconduct for a federal judge, at a private meeting of judges, and in response to the Chief Justice’s question about any concerns the judges may have, to express his colleagues’ well-taken concerns about whether the rule of law can survive, is not just preposterous, but insane.
Me on the factually misleading and analytically ridiculous misconduct complaint DOJ has filed against Chief Judge Boasberg—and the dangerousness of DOJ so openly trying to undermine public confidence in the only institution that has been even partially effective at checking the Trump administration:
170. DOJ's (Ridiculous) Misconduct Complaint Against Chief Judge Boasberg
DOJ's complaint that Chief Judge Boasberg engaged in "misconduct" would be laughably stupid if it didn't reflect such a transparently obvious and dangerous attempt to delegitimize the federal courts.

I second that.
He gets away with this because MAGA is incapable of critical thinking.

This is similar to scammers who claim someone in Africa wants to give you millions of money, and there are enough fools who believe the scammers.

That’s why the scammers don’t use a more convincing scam. There are enough fools.
