Fandoms on Reddit are so weird. I’ll post the most innocuous speculation, in expectation that maybe some people will agree, most will ignore, and return to 75 down votes + rabid levels of vitriol. But not even because they have an alternative view, just because they don’t see mine???

If someone you care about has RSD & depression and so you spend a lot of time monitoring what you say / how you phrase things, where do you draw the line in terms of your own self-expression? Like, if literally any perceived divergence of thought will trigger them but they get to say what they want?

Falling hard into ASOIAF analysis and it’s taking every last bit of strength in my body to not start logging ‘connections’ in a spreadsheet. Autism on overdrive so this is realllllly hard to resist but I know my migraine will run riot if I open that door

It was only 4 years ago disabled ppl with Covid were being put on DNR requests in hospitals without consent. It’s only 4 years ago, Covid treatment was rationed based on who needed less treatment due to lack of planning and equipment.

I watched Torchwood: Children of Earth days 1-4 this week and boy had I forgotten the punch of it. Finale day 5 maybe later. I don’t think I’m ready but can you ever be ready for CofE

I don’t understand how people who read about Maeve Boothby-O’Neill, Dave Onawelo or Evan Nathan Smith can fail to see the danger assisted dying presents to disabled/ill people within a system where refusing care & denying the need for care is made easier than providing it
