a screenshot of a dm from an account that blocked me someone: hi, Can we talk? i’ve got a concern i'd like to discuss me: hi, of course! someone: this may seem very random but I just wanted to give you a heads-up someone's pretending to be you here on bluesky. and it's causing some confusion.I've got proof to show you so you know what's really going on. me: oh? are they pretending to be a writiny account? someone: yes and it caused so much trouble esp to me this is very alarming a screenshot of a dm from an account that blocked me me: okay, can you tell me their name on bsky? I haven't seen anything like this someone: i can't send you the impersonators username or link here because when I search for them, your bluesky account shows up first.if you don't mind, please add me on discord and i'll share everything with you there with a screenshot. it's easier to explain that way me: okay, I now see this is a scam that was reported by others on bsky. won't be clicking any links. bye
