I didn't know this. No wonder Zelenskyy wanted some guarantees. Was this agreement in '94 a contract or just some things that were said while having a few beers together at the pub?😉 Otherwise, why can't this go straight up to SCOTUS? Rhetorical question. ... Still gets their decision on record.
