So the consensus now among Republicans is to condition assistance to Democrat led states because they don't like how they do things. I hope CA, NY, MN, MA, NJ also condition their contribution to the Trump government until they change their policies.

So disaster funding only to red states. CA needs to stop sending money to the Fed, if the Fed won’t take care of us.
